In cases, where due to payment gateway error or any other transactional error and mistake, payments are made in excess to the plan purchased. You can formally contact us, with proof of excess payment and your such Refund requests for excess amount only shall be in house investigated, which may be approved or denied on the merits of each case.It might take 7-15 business days to process any such claim.
